Mission:

Our mission is to empower transitioning service members to achieve their maximum earning potential and career success in the private and public sectors. We accomplish this by teaching essential skills that are valuable not only during the transition period but also throughout their professional journey.

At our core, we strive to provide transitioning veterans with cutting-edge and concise material, ensuring they remain highly competitive in their transition and beyond. Our program is designed to be scalable, allowing the skills learned to be leveraged at every stage of their career advancement.

Our Team

Logan Mason

Commissioned from the United States Naval Academy in 2017 as an Intelligence Officer. After five years of service she landed a role with Microsoft as a cyber security analyst using the principles outlined in the Operation MOS Roadmap.

During her time in uniform, she discovered that the transition resources available were not only overwhelming but also severely outdated, offering little practical guidance.

Driven by her passion, she empowers transitioning servicemembers to confidently embrace their unique journey, equipping them with tangible strategies, actionable guidance, and essential skills to navigate this pivotal phase successfully.

Andrew Shea

Graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Operations. Following graduation, Andrew began working at Microsoft’s on their Incident Response team.

Over the past three years, Andrew has found a passion for assisting military veterans in their transition to the corporate world, successfully assisting over 60 in resume building, interview prep, offer negotiation, and translating military skills to civilian job requirements.

In his free time, Andrew is a world traveler, having traveled to 10 countries over the past year. He also is licensed bartender, and hopes to someday open his own speakeasy cocktail bar.
